Centennial Neighborhood, Portland, OR

Centennial is a neighborhood in East Portland, bordering Glenfair neighborhood to the north, Hazelwood to the west, Gresham to the east, and Pleasant Valley to the south. SE Stark St is the neighborhood’s northern boundary and the southern boundary runs along SE Powell Blvd and is partially adjacent to Powell Butte Nature Park. It runs between SE 142nd Ave and SE 175th Ave west to east. Centennial neighborhood has two parks including Parklane City Park, and Lynchview City Park.

Centennial neighborhood is a very affordable place to live, however, it is not without some issues including crimes but it has a very active community and a neighborhood association working hard to improve the neighborhood. There are lots of positive things happening in the neighborhood.
