Sabin is a neighborhood in Northeast Portland, bordered by Vernon on the north, King on the west, Irvington on the south, Alameda on the east, and Concordia on the northeast. Sabin is located between NE 10th Ave and NE 23rd Ave from west to east and between NE Fremont St and NE Wygant St from south to north. NE Prescott St also runs along some of its northern border of Sabin neighborhood. Sabin is a very conveniently located neighborhood with an easy access to Downtown Portland. Just the north of this neighborhood is the popular Alberta Arts District. There is a strong sense of community in this neighborhood. Neighbors enjoy their community garden on 11th Ave and walking their dogs on Sabin HydroPark between 18th and 20th.
